While Lite Access Technologies (LTE) carries a new name and a new look, it’s important to recognize the long-standing connection between the Ironman Management Team and LTE. Over the years, all of LTE’s successful projects have been in collaboration with Ironman Directional Drilling.

In June 2022, when the Board underwent changes, it became clear that the natural path forward was to work together once again. Since then, the strength of this partnership has only reinforced the vision that the two companies should unite. For investors, the numbers presented in the Circular speak for themselves, showing why this is an exciting opportunity and a strong deal for shareholders. No longer will there be a disconnect between shareholders and corporate, we are invested with our money as well.

Moving forward, Lite Access will transform into Ironman International (IMI). A company defined not just by innovation in telecom methodologies, but by a bold new business model. Under new management, our focus will shift toward profitability, delivering large-scale projects, and thriving in some of the most challenging terrains. Just as Ironman Directional Drilling has operated successfully across multiple industries for years, Ironman International will continue to expand and diversify.
